This is a 5–10 hours per week role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys community building, and is eager to learn and grow into a potential paid opportunity.
Familiarity with building project plans in Google Sheets is important, and experience with ClickUp is a plus.

PNC Bank Makes Plans for AZ Growth; Acquires 1stBank for $4.1B

When it comes to nationwide banking, consolidation through M&A has been the name of the game. In 2004, Bank One became Chase, and along with it went the naming rights to the Arizona Diamondbacks ballpark. Wachovia became Wells Fargo during the financial crisis, and even earlier this year, Capital One fully acquired Discover.
Fast forward to today, PNC announces it will be buying FirstBank (1stBank) for $4.1B with $1.2B in cash and $2.9B in stock.
By number of bank locations, PNC is the 4th largest bank in the US, and by assets, they are the 8th. Currently, there are 57 locations in AZ, and they plan to grow that number to 70.
Arizona’s first-ever bank was the Bank of Arizona, established in Prescott in 1877. We have come a long way, and look forward to seeing the continued convergence of physical banks & FinTech in AZ.
