The company is hiring for a Campaign Manager to:

  • Architect and execute full-funnel email campaigns using tools like Iterable, driving student engagement and conversion to the Global Career Accelerator program

  • Leverage data insights and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and track data through Salesforce and Tableau

The ideal candidates will bring:

  • Agency pedigree with cross-functional experience, or Startup experience

  • Readiness to shift from agency pace to in-house strategic influence

  • 2+ years in marketing (experience with multiple product lines), ideally with exposure to full lifecycle digital marketing

  • 1+ years of hands-on email lifecycle marketing (Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar)

We’re Hiring Too!

Freeway is currently seeking an Event Coordinator/Project Manager Intern to assist us in organizing and coordinating multiple events.

This is a 5–10 hours per week role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys community building, and is eager to learn and grow into a potential paid opportunity.

Familiarity with building project plans in Google Sheets is important, and experience with ClickUp is a plus.

At Freeway, we’re building Phoenix’s most connected startup talent network, a place where opportunities and people come together.
